**Job Title: Operating Room * Registered Nurse * Nights**
Join our team in California as an Operating Room RN for night shifts, providing top*tier care during surgical procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver nursing care per hospital policies.
* Ensure patient safety and comfort.
* Conduct patient assessments and advocate during anesthesia.
* Manage surgical instruments and supplies.
* Engage in unit or hospital committees.
**Qualifications:**
* Current California RN license.
* BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (renew annually).
* 2+ years OR experience; 1+ year travel RN experience.
* Trauma, Orthopedics, Robotics experience required.
* Night, weekend, holiday availability; on*call as needed.
* Perioperative Nursing Course completion preferred.
* CNOR certification is a plus.
**Schedule:**
* Night shifts, 36 hours/week (Wed*Fri).
* 13*week assignment, possible extension.
**Skills:**
* Proficient in asepsis and sterile techniques.
* Competent with surgical equipment and technology.
* Efficient under pressure in fast*paced settings.
* Strong supervisory abilities.
