**Job Title: Behavioral Health LVN/LPN * Mids**
Join our team in Brenham, TX, as a Behavioral Health LVN/LPN. Provide essential nursing care for patients with intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs under RN supervision.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver care for patients with intellectual disabilities.
* Perform advanced nursing tasks (e.g., gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings).
* Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate effectively.
* Support infection control and quality assurance.
* Engage in therapeutic programs and train new LVNs.
**Schedule:**
* 26*week contract, 40 hours/week.
* Mids shift: 1:45 pm * 10:15 pm.
* Orientation: 2 weeks, Mon*Fri, 8:00 am * 5:00 pm.
* Work 3 weekends/month.
* No time off in the first 5 weeks.
**Qualifications:**
* Active Texas LPN/LVN license.
* 2+ years LVN/LPN experience.
* 1+ year in a facility for intellectual disabilities.
* AHA BLS certification.
* Meet HHSC requirements.
* COVID*19 vaccination required.
