**Job Title: Behavioral Health LVN/LPN * Days**
Join our team in Brenham, TX, as a Behavioral Health LVN/LPN. Provide essential nursing care to patients with intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs under RN supervision.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver care for patients with intellectual disabilities.
* Manage gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate with patients.
* Support infection control and quality assurance.
* Engage in therapeutic programs and train new LVNs.
**Schedule:**
* 26*week contract, 40 hours/week.
* Day shifts: 5:45 am * 2:15 pm.
* 2*week orientation: 8:00 am * 5:00 pm, Mon*Fri.
* Will work three weekends every month.
**Qualifications:**
* Active Texas LPN/LVN license.
* 2+ years LVN/LPN experience.
* 1+ year in intellectual disabilities care.
* AHA BLS certification.
* Meet HHSC requirements.
* COVID*19 vaccination.
**Additional Info:**
* May float between units.
* No RTO in first 5 weeks.
* Onsite parking.
* EMR: Iris/Cerner.
