Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg | $20K–$30K Sign-On Bonus 
Our client, a respected hospital in southern New Mexico is hiring experienced and early-career Med/Surg RNs to join its team. This full-time opportunity offers strong pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team culture within a nationally recognized health system.

Position Highlights:
  • Unit: Med/Surg
  • Patient Population: Minor acute care cases
  • Shift Schedule:
  • Days: 7a–7p
  • Nights: 7p–7a
  • 3x12s with one on-call shift per pay period
  • Weekend requirement: 6 shifts per 6-week schedule (Fri/Sat nights or Sat/Sun days)
  • Cross-training available from LTAC, home health, non-acute settings, and more
    Pay & Incentives:
    • Base Pay:
    • 1 year: $34-$51 depending on years of experience – will discuss in pre-screen
  • Differentials:
  • Nights: +$3.25/hour
  • Evenings: +$3.25/hour
  • Weekends: 10% of base pay
  • BSN: +$1.00/hour
  • MSN: +$2.00/hour
  • Sign-On Bonus (paid at 90 days):
  • $20,000 for nurses with 0–10 years of experience
  • $30,000 for nurses with 10+ years of experience
  • Relocation Assistance
  • Up to $3,000 for 150–1,000 miles
  • Up to $5,000 for over 1,000 miles Requirements:
    • Education: ADN, BSN, or MSN
    • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Verbal CPI (or willingness to obtain)
    • Experience:
    • Open to new grads (6 months preferred)
    • Acute care experience is a plus but not required
