Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED) | Nights
Location: Tyler, TX
Shift: 7PM – 7AM | Self-scheduling | Rotating weekends

This high-volume Emergency Department sees up to 300 patients daily and offers a supportive environment for both experienced RNs and those transitioning from Med/Surg.
What You’ll Do
• Care for a diverse patient population—primarily adults with some pediatric overflow
• 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratios with strong tech and support staff
• Work in a 56-bed, fast-paced ED with three nursing stations
• Collaborate with a team committed to patient-first care
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: Up to $46.40/hr (based on experience; discussed on initial call)
• Differentials: $4.50/hr nights | $3.50/hr evenings | $2.50/hr weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Days

Qualifications
• Minimum 6+ months acute care or Med/Surg RN experience
• Must have some type of ED experience – tech, LPN etc.
Licensure/Certifications: Current RN license (Texas or compact), BLS & ACLS, ADN or BSN
