Job descriptionCath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) – $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday Location: TX What You’ll Love $10,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates 164 hours of front-loaded PTO at the start of employment Competitive pay: $27.00–$50.00/hour (based on experience) Tiered on-call pay plan — earn up to $20.00/hour for additional on-call hours Standard on-call pay: $2.50/hour, Monday–Friday Supportive, mission-driven culture with opportunities for growth What You’ll Do Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver safe and effective patient care Participate in on-call rotations (currently 7–10 days per month; expected to decrease as team grows) Maintain a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Need Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license) Minimum 1–2 years of critical care experience required Previous Cath Lab or procedural experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications Join a collaborative team where your skills and compassion make a difference every day.
