Job Title: Registered Nurse • Psychiatric Unit (Night Shift)
We're seeking a Registered Nurse for our Psychiatric Unit. This 13•week contract role involves 3 or 4 night shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care in a 1:6 ratio.
• Rotate between crisis and inpatient units.
Requirements:
• Active CA RN License.
• BLS and CPI/MAB certifications.
• Two years of specialty experience, including forensic and psych.
• Familiarity with a variety of psychiatric conditions.
• Preceptorship and travel experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete a Live Scan onsite.
• COVID vaccination and booster (if eligible) required.
Our facility is located in Eureka, CA, offering services such as Adult Behavioral Health, Crisis Stabilization, Substance Abuse Disorder Services, and Inpatient services. On•site parking and necessary PPE are provided. Preferred scrub color is Royal Blue or Navy Blue. Local travelers are encouraged to apply.
