We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with an Orthopedic specialty for our night shift team. This role requires a dynamic professional who can provide top•notch patient care in a fast•paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the Medical/Surgical unit, focusing on orthopedic patients.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient's condition, report changes to the physician, and administer prescribed treatments.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post•discharge care.
Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• At least one year of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting, focusing on orthopedics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem•solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
