Job Title: L&D Manager • Registered Nurse • Days
Join our team as an L&D Manager • Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract. We're looking for a dedicated professional with at least 2 years of specialty experience, skilled in team management, huddles, behavior management, and handling escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team management, including huddles, behavior management, and escalations.
• Floating as per client's needs.
• On•call duties as required.
Requirements:
• Active CA RN License (renew if expired).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced FM.
• COVID•19 vaccination and booster (if eligible).
• Willingness to float as per client's needs.
• Prior team management experience.
• Travel experience preferred.
Additional Information:
• Day shift, 40•hour work week.
• Patient ratio within state guidelines.
• Full PPE provided, including fit testing.
• On•site parking.
• EMR system: Epic.
• Local travelers encouraged to apply.
