Job Title: Registered Nurse • CVPCU • Night Shift
Our client is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for their Cardiovascular Post•Operative Care Unit (CVPCU). This fast•paced surgical step•down unit is dedicated to the recovery and care of patients following cardiac and vascular surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing care for patients recovering from procedures such as CABG, valve repairs, and valve replacements.
• Specializing in the care of patients with Mechanical Circulatory Support devices like LVADs, as well as patients recovering from heart and lung transplants.
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse with current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiac open heart recovery.
• At least 2 previous travel assignments.
• Strong Surgical IMC experience.
• Proficiency in EPIC.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Critical Care Certification.
• ACLS certification.
