Job description Clinical Trial Assistant (Contract) Location: Remote Duratiuon: 6-month contract Pay Rate: $40-50/hr A precision oncology biotech is hiring a Clinical Trial Assistant to support early-phase clinical studies. This role will assist with trial documentation, site coordination, and vendor communications to ensure smooth execution and inspection readiness. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize Trial Master File (TMF) Track essential documents and site communications Support study material development and investigator meetings Coordinate shipments, team meetings, and document sign-offs Communicate with CROs, vendors, and study sites Qualifications: BS/BA with 1–2 years of clinical trial experience Study Coordinator background preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office; SmartSheet experience a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
