Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Lead cross-functional Study Execution Teams (SET) to ensure timely, compliant, and budget-conscious trial delivery
- Manage CROs and clinical vendors, including RFPs, bid defenses, and ongoing oversight\Draft and review key clinical documents (protocols, ICFs, CRFs, study manuals)
- Oversee study budgets, contracts, and financial forecasting in partnership with finance
- Support implementation of clinical systems (CTMS, TMF, EDC, IRT)
- Conduct data reviews, monitor site performance, and ensure inspection readiness
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies with internal and external stakeholders
- Train site staff and vendors on protocol and trial conduct
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; 8–10 years in clinical development
- Strong knowledge of FDA, ICH/GCP guidelines and global trial management
- Experience in oncology trials, especially early-phase and precision medicine
- Proven vendor management and budget oversight skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel (~10%)
