Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant • Ambulatory Care, Day Shift
Seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a 13•week, day shift contract in an ambulatory care setting.
Responsibilities:
• Adhere to CA patient ratios
• Maintain CMA certification
Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
• Fire Card
Experience:
• 1+ year clinic CMA experience in ambulatory care
• 2+ years overall CMA experience
• Experience with spinal cord injury patients preferred
Requirements:
• Local candidates only
• Mandatory COVID•19 vaccination and booster (if eligible)
Facility provides on•site parking and necessary PPE. Preferred scrub color is navy blue or black. EMR system is Cerner.
Case types include neurological and spinal cord or brain injury.
The credentialing process takes approximately one month. All documents are due two weeks before the start date.
