Chelsea O'Neal

​Chelsea is a commercial life sciences recruiter with 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and a strong focus on commercialization strategy and talent delivery. She has led more than 20 sales builds for start-up to mid-sized biopharma companies, specializing in rare disease, neuroscience, endocrinology, and immunology. Chelsea partners closely with executive teams to scale field and corporate functions across sales, marketing, patient access, and medical affairs—bringing a tailored, high-touch approach to every project.

Based in the Upper West Side, Chelsea lives with her two golden retrievers - including 140 pound Gus - and brings the same competitive energy to work that she brings to her marathon training (she’s currently prepping for two). She’s also a proud tug-of-war champ at GQR, a lifelong traveler, and a devoted NYC foodie.
